Calvary Road Baptist Church is a home for sinners saved by grace.  Our hearts desire is to live out the glorious gospel in a way that is God honoring, Christ exalting and biblically grounded.  We desire to be broken, spent, sacrificed and used for the kingdom.  We desire to be servants to all.  We are just beggars who found Bread looking for beggars who need Bread.

Our preaching challenges the heart and is grounded solidly in the Word of God.  "Line by line and precept upon precept" is how we feast on the truths of the Bible.  The pulpit ministry at CRBC is centermost in our worship.  We take very seriously the admonition to "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine" 2 Timothy 4:2.  It is not for the faint of heart but if you desire to be challenged, moved, stirred and spoken to by the Holy Ghost, come hear "Thus sayeth the Lord".  Our worship is traditional with those "old hymns of the faith" stirring our hearts toward greater affection for Christ.
